Amanda and company staged a townhome for me in November 2023.

The house was completely vacant and being on the market during the holidays, I wanted to make sure it sold.

Her staff did a very professional job of bringing the furniture in, placing it beautifully for pictures and taking it away when we closed.

I know that the staging was a BIG part of getting it sold during a time when showings could have been limited.

Amanda & her team are simply amazing. I reached out to Amanda about a super last minute vacant listing that wasn't small! Amanda was so kind and responsive & calm with my frantic last minute request. Important to note - this was just prior to Thanksgiving AND she was days away from having her 3rd baby. Didn’t stop her at all! 
Communication was easy, scheduling was easy and they transformed my vacant listing into a cozy retreat that showed beautifully. All of this for a very reasonable price which is not easy to find.

My husband and I have several rental properties in the Short Pump area.  In October 2023, we decided to sell 2 of them.  We found Amanda through a realtor and we are so happy we did.  She was the easiest part of the whole selling process!  She staged both of our houses with quality furniture that fit the style of each house perfectly.  Since we live out of town, Amanda coordinated with our realtor, so we didn’t even need to be there.  She took pictures and kept us posted every step of the way.  Next year we will be selling more of our rentals and we will definitely be using her again.  We highly recommend Amanda, she will make your place shine!

I will say staging not only helped me with pending my listing, it also helped with it appraising much better. I believed that the staging had so much to do with the sale. The home is beautiful, but the items you guys used, helped people to imagine themselves living there. The purchaser loved the staging so much that he wanted to buy the  home the way it was including  your staging items.  I love what you guys did!
