Ashley Gibbs

Hi, I’m Ashley Gibbs, a lifelong Colonial Heights resident with deep roots in our community and a strong connection to the surrounding areas, including Petersburg, the Tri-Cities, Williamsburg, and Charlottesville.

For over 10 years, I worked in the local school systems, building relationships and gaining an understanding of what makes our neighborhoods special. I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 3 years, combining my local expertise with a genuine passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home.

I hold a degree in Health Science and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Management. I work with all types of clients, but I especially enjoy guiding first-time homebuyers through the process. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments of your life, and I pride myself on creating a stress-free, supportive experience that builds lasting relationships.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me gardening, staying active, spending time with my two wonderful children, or enjoying life with my dogs.
